Epiphany District is hosting a Lutheran Congretations in Mission for Christ Regional Gathering for Minnesota, South Dakato, and Iowa. The Board of Trustees has come to believe that it is important for those of us already in LCMC to remember who we are and why this association was formed. We have grown much over the last 11 years and in order to help newer members (and those who are not yet members) connect with those who have been around a while, these regional meetings are offered.
LCMC's Service Coordinator, Pastor Mark Vander Tuig will be the guest presenter. Topics will include:
In the beginning... Our "DNA" -- LCMC beginning and development
Question and Answer session
Proposed By-law changes to be considered at the Annual Gathering of LCMC in October
Closing Worship Service
Noon lunch will be provided as well as coffee and refreshments throughout the day.
Everyone who would like to learn more about Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ is welcome.
Pre-registration is encouraged.
